'The Haka Party Incident' at Auckland Theatre Company

For those in Auckland up until 10 April, don't miss "The Haka Party Incident" at Auckland Theatre Company. This is an important play, recalling how young activists in He Taua pushed back against an annual, culturally offensive, mock haka performed by students from Auckland University's School of Engineering in capping week each year. I saw the play last week - it's part of the 2021 Auckland Arts Festival.
