The Sleeping Beauty at the Royal New Zealand Ballet
Wonderful evening at the Royal New Zealand Ballet’s performance of The Sleeping Beauty in Auckland on Thursday evening. Don’t miss this production of one of the greatest classical ballets, set to Tchaikovsky’s music.
This is the first production which the Ballet has been able to mount this year because of the disruption caused by COVID-19, but it’s been worth waiting for. Lyne Pringle writing for stuff describes it as “noble and elegant”.
